Our story
Built to close a gap we kept seeing.
The Impact Studio was founded in Accra, Ghana, by someone who spent years inside African education organisations watching the same problem repeat itself: well-designed programmes, committed teams, and real investment — without the systems to know if any of it was working.
We built The Impact Studio to be the organisation we wished existed. Not a distant consultancy that delivers reports and disappears. A studio that gets inside the problem, builds the evidence infrastructure, and stays until the work is done properly.
We work globally, from a base in Accra. Our clients are everywhere education and development happen.
